It was a dark and crazy night
When it all began
Mrs. Whatsit was, in spite,
Loving but in high demand.

Then along came her funny friends
Who tesserred them to a dangerous place
They seemed to be very intense
And one barely had a face.

The time kept on ticking by
Yet Meg had only just started
It seemed like her wish had died
And her and Charles Wallace had been out-smarted.

It came to Meg as a shocker
That love can conquer.
